LOVELY DETACHED COTTAGE WITH STUNNING HIGHLAND COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS This wonderful spacious family and group friendly property is finished to a high standard and is situated privately on a peaceful working croft close to all local amenities. Located near to the village of Ardgay and Bonar Bridge making this a fantastic base to explore the natural beauty and wildlife of Scotland s stunning northern highlands. There are numerous attractions within easy reach including Glenmorangie Distillery Dubrobin Castle Ferry Croft Visitor Centre Tarbat Ness Lighthouse Black Isles Wildlife Park Glen Ord Distillery Visitors Centre Fort George Smoo Caves Cape Wrath Lighthouse Castle of Mey river loch and sea fishing many award winning golf courses and unspoilt sandy beaches. The spacious single storey accommodation offers THREE large bedrooms all with stunning views: 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC. Shower room: with WC. Lounge: large with TV Sky-digital Blu-ray DVD/CD wi-fi digital radio feature fireplace and board games. Open-Plan Kitchen/ dining room: Kitchen area: Spacious well-equipped with electric double oven and induction hob fridge/freezer and microwave. Dining Area: with table and seating. Utility room: located next to kitchen with dishwasher washer/dryer and sink with door leading out to rear garden. Utility cupboard: with freezer and storage space located in hall next to kitchen. Outside: beautiful mature enclosed front and rear gardens with garden furniture. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels heating electric and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome however please keep dogs on lead when exploring the croft. Additional info: kitchen/toiletries welcome pack included. Honesty box telephone. Location: beach shops pubs restaurants train station and golf course 3 miles. Arrival time: 4pm.
